Some items have an estimated time for creation and then shipped to you.
Please make sure you are aware that some items take longer than others. If you purchase more than one item with different shipping times, they will all be shipped together once they are all completed.
Once shipped you will be sent a tracking number from the Courier. All items are created from scratch, so there may be slight differences in appearance, than what you see on the screen.
I will endeavour to create them as close as possible to the photo shown.
Wooden products are unique to the piece of wood they are made out of, they may contain different markings etc than you see in the display photo.
All clothing items - please follow the care and washing instructions included carefully as Sweet Custom is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect care or washing.
All vinyl decals and items, please read and follow the care instructions as Sweet Custom is not responsible for any incorrect care resulting in the decals coming off.
Please check your order carefully at checkout, as we are not responsible if you accidently order incorrectly, there is no return of items, as they are custom made to your requirements.
If you do make a mistake, please email immediately and as long as your order has not started processing, I will endeavour to make any changes requested.
